Receptionist

You will join our team at the front desk of MAGIC LAB. The role suits students and anyone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow into a post-production environment.

What you’ll do

• Welcome clients and visitors and look after them during their stay.
• Handle phone and email traffic and pass it on to the right people.
• Look after the visitor book, NDAs and visitor cards.
• Handle post, couriers and the hand-over of drives.
• Support the office team with the day to day running of the studio.

What we’re looking for

• A friendly, positive and communicative approach.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• At least conversational English.
• A category B driving licence is an advantage.
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
